Frequently Asked Questions

The Answers You Need

I'm a new client.  How can I be sure my dog will get along with your dogs?

Great question!  We all want our pets to like each other, but even more important is that they are all safe around each other.  Each new client that requests services from us will be invited to schedule a Meet & Greet, where they can come to our home with their fur baby, meet our fur babies, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before booking their stay.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Absolutely!  As you will be providing us with your fur baby's food, we have the easy part!  We will store their food and prepare and serve it as you instruct us.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We have a warm and cozy home for your baby and we are very flexible to accommodate their needs.  If your pet prefers to sleep in a crate, please bring it for the stay.  If they usually sleep on a doggie bed and you're comfortable bringing that, please do.  Otherwise, we provide crates, doggie beds, or even our own beds or sofas for their sleeping needs.  We also supply bowls for eating and drinking throughout the stay, lots of safe toys, and of course you're welcome to bring their bowls or toys if you prefer.  NOT their most favorite that they've had since they were a pup, because you know it may be torn apart and we would be heartbroken!  Your fur babies are always surrounded by family and we make every effort to have them feel safe and comfortable and have lots of fun in our home.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We will send pictures, videos, and updates to you several times each day your fur baby is with us via text or WhatsApp if you're traveling internationally.  We are also open to FaceTime calls!  We know first hand how hard it is to be away from the pets we love so much, so we do everything we can to keep that connection going for all of you.

We offer two types of sitting services - daycare and boarding.  As we have four dogs of our own, we try to only bring in 3 additional dogs at one time.  This moves up a bit around holidays and under some special circumstances, but when it does that means we bring in more resources to help care for your baby.  We are fortunate to have a large living area and backyard, but bottom line we want to keep the number of fur babies low enough that we can spend quality time with each individual dog.
