Our Background

Years ago, when Sophia was a child, she began to dream about caring for animals.  She considered being a Vet, adopting every available cat and dog, or learning how to groom.  While still in high school, she began working at a grooming facility washing dogs and also providing that service from her home to neighbors. Down the road she added a second job at a boarding facility, where she cared for the pets during their stays.  Through this, her dream grew into starting her own grooming and boarding business.

Leap forward to 2020 when COVID-19 changed so much for all of us.  Deana and Gina began working at home full time, and added two more dogs, bringing their crew to 4 dogs and 2 cats.  They have been very fortunate to have plenty of family to watch the pets when they traveled, but about a year ago everyone was busy and they panicked!  They have nothing against boarding facilities, but two of their dogs had always been cared for at home and Gina was especially concerned that boarding them would be traumatic.  A friend told her about Rover, and that sparked an idea to become a sitter through that service.  Gina wanted to provide an alternative for families that also wanted that home feel for their pets.  Since she started providing this service, her heart - as well as Deana's and Sophia's - have expanded with each new friend we've met and loved on.

Now, here we are.....taking a dream that was in Sophia's heart for so many years, and we formed Two Ladies' Fur Babies to provide personal, loving services to your pets in our home.  We treat each one as if they were our own!  We'd love to meet yours!
